Facelift

A facelift is a surgical tightening of the face, neck or forehead. The skin, especially in the face, loses its elasticity during the normal aging process and the muscles of the subcutaneous fatty tissue become increasingly slack. The result is an increased formation of small wrinkles. Our lifestyle, environmental factors such as stress, poor nutrition and particularly intense sun exposure or nicotine also have a negative effect on our skin. For the facelift we remove a 2-4 cm wide, 10 cm long, S-shaped piece of skin in front of the ears. Vessels and nerves are spared. If necessary, the fatty tissue can be aspirated from the double chin or from the hamster cheeks. The muscle tendon layer is then tightened and fastened. The skin is closed with a very fine suture, sometimes with staples. The preservation of natural beauty is particularly important to us. In order to keep a natural look and prevent a mask-like face, not all wrinkles can be smoothed out.

Eyelid Lift

With an eyelid lift you get a fresh and expressive look again. The eyelid lift can be used to optimize both the upper and lower eyelids. The eyelid tightening on the upper eyelid is carried out by removing a strip of skin. In case of pronounced drooping eyelids we will also remove some fat and muscle tissue as part of the eyelid tightening. When correcting the lower eyelid, we not only remove skin and fat tissue, but also strengthen the retention apparatus that holds the fat in the eye socket so that unwanted protrusions disappear. The wound is then carefully closed again.

Gynecomastia

In case of a gynecomastia, a special treatment can reduce the size of the male breast and therefore improve its appearance. For gynecomastia there are basically two common therapy methods: One of them is the liposuction and the other one is the direct removal of excess glandular tissue. The latter method of treatment mentioned is used for men with significantly enlarged breasts.

Liposuction

With a liposuction we can permanently optimize and remodel your body image. Fatty tissue that has once been removed by liposuction will never form again. Thin cannulas are inserted through very small 3 mm incisions. A vacuum pump then sucks off the loosened fat cells. Finally, the small incisions in the skin are sewn and a tight bandage is applied.

Intimate Surgery

The intimate surgery includes the G-spot intensification and the correction of the venus mound through which an improvement in function and aesthetics is brought about. With the mons-correction, the excess body fat is gently reduced. With a G-spot intensification, this particularly erogenous, roughly coin-sized zone is injected with hyaluronic acid or autologous fat so that the volume is roughly doubled. The more the protrusion is pronounced after the treatment the more the G-spot can be aroused during sexual intercourse or other forms of stimulation. The hymen reconstruction in which the so-called hymen is restored is also part of the treatment spectrum for intimate surgery. The remaining tissue of the hymen is reconstructed with the help of self-dissolving threads. It is also possible to reduce or enlarge the labia. Excess skin is either removed or the outer labia are filled with autologous fat so that their volume increases.
